GF2-GTS overclocking...

I have been out of the nVidia loop for awhile, but recently got an Abit Siluro GF2-GTS. It came stock at 200/333.

I added ramsinks and applied Artic Silver ][ to the stock HSF (orb style which is a GREAT stock cooler).

I have run 3dmark 2k1 at 250/415 with no problems at all.

My question is... what is a good all around setting for everyday use for this card? I had a Radeon that OC well, but one day the ram flaked out and it quit working. I don't want to do the same on this card.

I modded the BIOS to run at 225/400, and it has been fine running nonstop for the last 3 days.

Do I dare push it harder, or does the ram tend to get flakey with these cards like on the Radeons?

I and alot of others run their nVidia cards up until you see "spots" on the screen and then back it down just a touch. Mine has been running this way since last Febuary.
