Are you overclocking anything in your system?

And make sure you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your system.

Where does it show up like this? I have the same card.

When you boot the computer, does the Video Card show up as 32 meg?

If your card is like mine, an Asus V7700, Asus has new drivers for it 44.71. They work great.

You may want to try reinstalling the drivers for your motherboard chipset. If you formatted your hard drive and did not reinstall the drivers for your motherboard chipset, this can prevent Windows from seeing the amount of video memory your graphics card has correctly.
