GF2 GTS: Can I save her?

I was modding out my GTS and I removed the previous HSF mod that had super glue on it. I used GOOF OFF to remove the silver and glue. The cleaner I think killed my GPU. ARGH!

When I install the card and boot it shows the screen but it rolls down(vertically) and gets sparatic when it gets to windoze2k.

Am I fux0red in my nutz0rz??? Is there a safe way to clean my GPU.... I hope it just has some silver rezidue on it
