well, gf wants to buy a keyboard. one of those keyboards with lighted keys that teaches you songs.

anyone know a good/cheap site that sells it. the cheapest we found so far are some casios around $120 - $150.

you may be able to read reviews on harmony-central.com but i'm not sure if they have user reviews of cheap keyboards, i only use it for expensive synthesizers
 
You could try looking at the Yamaha EZ150, EZ250, EZ20, or EZ30. They all have keys that light up.
