GF FX 5500 - Weird desktop issue upon install

Just installed a fanless Sparkle GeForce FX 5500 for my fax server and webcam machine. Went to NVidia's site and downloaded the latest drivers for my system (WinXP Pro SP3), restarted the computer as requested, the machine immediately came up with the proper resolution for the monitor I have (1920x1080).

Problem is, it is acting like I have an extended desktop, and I can't see the right hand side of the screen - except when I move the mouse over, then the whole screen moves over, then I can't see the left side of the screen, etc.

Monitor is fine - I've used it to build two other computers in the last week. Using DVI so should not be any issues. Restarted over again, same issue.

Ideas?? :'(

You can change it in the nvidia control panel I believe if not you can edit driver file for your specific monitor. I have to do the 2nd because I use my tv as my monitor and that is the only way it will work for me.
