Hi all,

I have a small network set up. There are 6 desktops hooked up (wired) to a 16 port DLINK hub. The DLINK hub is connected to a Linksys WRT45g wireless router. The linksys is hooked up to my cable modem, and I recently got a laptop with a netgear wifi-g pc card. The laptop can go online wirelessly fine, and the desktops can acess the internet too.

The question is, how can I get the laptop to see the desktops in network neighborhood? To share files, etc. Right now the laptop can't see the desktops.

Thanks!

OS?

If Win2k or so, is each desktop a permitted user of the laptop, and vice versa? File sharing enabled, that sort of thing?

1. Make sure they are all members of the same workgroup.
2. Make sure file and print sharing is enabled on each workstation.
3. Share the desired drives/directories on each workstation that you want to be able to access.
