Getting windows to see computers on different subnets

I'm somewhat of a n00b when it comes to networking. I recently set up a NVR system where I made a VPN gateway-to-gateway bridge between the Cisco router at home and at the office. The IP camera footage is being recorded to the house computer and the bridge seems to work flawlessly. According to the router manual the the networks that are bridged must exists on different subnets. The office gateway is on 192.168.1.x 255.255.255.0 and the home gateway is on 192.168.2.x 255.255.255.240.

How can I get Windows to see the server at the office from the home computer?

Also, how do I check how torrents, webpages, ...etc are being downloaded at home. Is all data transmitted through the VPN bridge by default or only the kind that needs to go there. What i'm asking is if i download a torrent does it follow this path:

computer<---Cisco RV042 <----Modem <---WAN through VPN Bridge< ----modem<--- WAN

or

computer<---Cisco RV042 <----Modem---wan
