getting windows 95 and XP to "talk"

basically i have 3 windows XP computers. one windows 2000, and one 95 computer. how do you suggest i go about getting them all onto the same network etc.? should i use the xp disc and set up a network from there (easiest?) or is there a step by step way to just do it w/o the disc?

(o yea, they need to share internet connection from smc7008abr router)
