the e-mail I received says I need to use a trackable carrier such as ups or fedex to ship the card but I used usps last time (same manufacterer, same card) and didn't have any problems. so .. the question is do you think it's all right to ship it via usps? I've never shipped anything with ups or fedex. thanks.

I think it'd be okay, but make sure you get Delivery Confirmation and make sure you insure the package for the full amount of the card.

Also, if you print out a Priority Mail shipping label from here, delivery confirmation is free.

I would reconsider....in a big company The mail does not come in through the shipping dept. who would be responsible for tracking your RMA.

That is how it works were I work..

I would use fedex or ups (only). My logitech z560's dies on me a couple weeks ago and I was told to send in the control unit so that they could send me out a new pair of speakers. Unforutinatly, my package was delieverd to logitech but logitech misplaced my box and it was not entered into their system. After about 10 mins of explaining and telling them to load up fedex's tracking page the believed that I shipped it. The tracking showed that it was delievered to logitech so it was on their heads. The agreed to next day me a new pair of z560's and apologized for the mishap, :) I recieved my new z560's the next day. What rocks even more is that two days later the UPS guy drops off another pair of z560's, which means they found my sent control unit RMA, LOL. So now I have two pairs of z560's, hmmmbah...me and my morals, ;).
