Ok, in all seriousness this is what I recommend. Just as some background, I'm 6 foot 8. I went from 170 pounds, to my current weight of 250 pounds, approx 12-14% body fat.
You need to get on a serious weight lifting program, and STICK to it. Track all of your workouts, and progress. The harder you workout, and the more consistant your routines - the better your results.
You must force yourself to eat all day long. Focus on 6 solid meals a day. You have to eat more calories then you burn if you plan on gaining weight.
Water. Drink lots of it.
Lots of rest.
And I would also recommend getting on a weight gainer. I personally use Massive Weight Gainer, 10 pound container will cost you about $30. Comes out to about $1 a shake, each shake has like 900 calores, plus lots of good protein and other essential elements.
Like most things in life, if you really want to get bigger - you have to work, and work hard and consistantly.
