The non attorney version from the admin - unlike 99.99% of all internet forums who are simply "a website" and later registor as a business for the purpose of collecting ad revenue, Mazdaworld.net is the marketing outlet for the corporation Mazdaworld, LLC. As this is the case anyone using the name "Mazdaworld" shall be deemed using the name for malicous use, regardles of conception date. Guilt to this policy shall be automatically estiblished by the use of any revenue generating system including but not limited to, Banners, "smartadvertising" and member packages. By Mazdaworld.net being a taxed asset of Mazdaworld, LLC. we are protected under federal statues and internet policy protection 126.7.25 section d-e. "Mazdaworld" itself is not only our corporate name but as the company and with its self titled asset "mazdaworld.net" "Mazdaworld" is trademarked under U.S copyright and trademarked under international copyright. ALL information be it intention or accidently, private, or otherwise invasious becomes the sole property of Mazdaworld LLC, excluding previous copyrighted images. Please see below for the nitty gritty legal version.

Basically, he has zero understanding of trademark or copyright law. In fact, you could probably support a harrasment claim. Also when one party makes a threat to sue another, but does not have a genuine basis or intention to carry out the thread, the threat itself may become a basis for your legal action against him.

For the benefit of those of us who either don't understand legalese or US law, which bits of that are nonsense? All of it?

WOW it makes me want to hire a lawyer for the OP to go after that tool.

"Mazdaworld" is trademarked under U.S copyright and trademarked under international copyright.

LoL - not only does this make no sense (a copyright and a trademark are two VERY different things) there is no record of such a filing at uspto.gov. Mazda would never let that happen anyway. Might be fun to ask Mazda if the site, by its claimed trademark, is an official part of Mazda - looks like this guy might be one of Mazda's IP Attorneys.

All of it. Basically the open organization who has a valid trademark claim here is actually Mazda. But getting them involved would probably hurt the OP as well.

The bolded part is just so over the top. It would like me getting mad at you and starting a company called Phil LLC and then claiming you could no longer use the name Phil without giving me your revenue.

Admit it....you made up this whole debacle as a way of spamming your site without getting flamed or banned, didn't you?

Thanks 🙂

Nothing makes a lawyer (like myself) laugh harder than watching non-lawyers try to twist the law into the shape they desire. It does NOT work that way.

What a tool.
