Getting the printer to work right.

I've started playing around with SimplyMepis 3.3.2, but I can't quite get my Canon IP6000D to print right.
Either the print is very small, or any color printed look distorted.

I'm probably not choosing the right printer config.

Is anybody using a newer usb printer with this OS?
