Getting the cheapest vista?

ok,

here the situation:

Wanting to purchase vista, 64bit, englisch

The cheapest i've seen here in Germany is retail oem for EU160.

I have an older beta of vista still, but this one is expired. I remember there was a pop-up coming up about purchasing options.

q1) i dont remember, can i get this cheaper when i purchase from within the expired beta version ?

q2) assuming i would get vista now and activate on still old PC...would it still run on new computer or is the activation tied to hardware?

q3) can i buy a license only...eg. from someone trustworthy on a forum and then re-activate the old beta...and/or download newest version with that license i bought then? (if this works noone would have to physically ship me the DVD...i mean i only need a valid license and can then d/l from MS?)

same as q2) can i activate now, then build new computer and continue using?

You can buy Home Premium OEM for +- 110 EURO
Very few people need features which are in Ultimate.

OEM licenses are tied to the system they are first installed on. Retail licenses can be moved as many times as you like.
