Ok, I just built a system, and everything has been working fine for a week now. However today, the PC just went into a BSOD on me, and now it does it regularily. I don't know what's wrong.

The only thing I have done recently is install the latest windows updates last night, but I doubt that's the problem.

Specs:

A64 3200+
A8N-SLI
1gb RAM
Maxtor Diamond Max 10 HD

WELL i had the same problem recently, i was fine fro 1 month, as soon as i upgraded the bios on the asus a8n sli that i got, i got blue screen about 25 times a day,,,so i did system restore and it's all fixed now

what makes you think this? you've been running the computer for a week without running windows update? i bet you're not running antivirus either. :|

have you tried formatting yet?

do this, in this order:

install windows (or w/e os you use)
get service packs and run windows update
install chipset drivers (the ones that came with the motherboard)
install video drivers
install sound drivers
install any other devices.

let us know if this stops the screens.
