Getting the best TV box for $80

Hi, i want to get a portable TV box which i can sometimes use it on my desktop and sometimes on my notebook.

I don't want to get an extra power adaptor from it..

i want to get one for the WORLD CUP, yeah!!

also, i need one that can have video input,(s video is a must, component is better.)

whcih one do you suggest? thanks
