Getting the Albatron Ti 4200 turbo, what software and drivers to install and how to overclock ?

I am awaiting the arrival of my components for my new computer from Newegg including the Albatron Ti4200 Turbo.

My questions are

1. After installing the card and booting up do I install the software and drivers that come with the card or do I just install the latest drivers from the Nvidia site ?

2. What program do I use to overclock the card ?

3. Does the software that comes with the card from Albatron have overclocking software built in ?

install the 30.82s or the 40.72s, both official.

Check there for coolbits under overclocking, also, great list of drivers.
