Getting 'Secure Connection Failed' randomly

This has been happening maybe......uhhhhhh...the last couple or 3 weeks. Out of the blue, I'll click on a thread or section and BAM - secure connection failed. It even happened when I mashed 'create thread' for this lol.
Is anything wonky going on?
