A few months back I payed for a three-month subscription to Wine.com's wine-club. The terms of the club included payment in full for six bottles of wine delivered over the course of three months.
Wine.com was recently purchased by eVineyard. To date, only two of the six bottles of wine have been delivered, and eVineyard has stated that they're not legally required to deliver the remaining four bottles. They still haven't told me that they won't, but they also haven't told me yes, and I should've received two more bottles a over week ago.
I've tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but the 60 day limit on disputing a charge has been exceeded. If eVineyard comes back to me and says they will not honor the product I've already payed for, what recourse do I have?
Thanks,
Telstar
