Getting same spam every few hours.

Try to contact their abuse department (usually abuse@...). Most probably this is a compromised machine and the owner has nothing to do with the spam, but the machine's connection should be shut down anyways.

No, I get this particular email every few hours...

Send them an email back telling them that you are the father of the 10 y/o that this email account belongs to and cease and desist or you will contact their State's AG...usually abuse@ISP.com
 
Forward them to abuse@comcast.com. Include the full header, like you've shown us, in the forward-message.

BTW, If you keep getting these, it appears your spamassassin install isn't helping Spamassassin should be catching these.

Dunno, but I've gotten at least 10 variations of the Nigerian email scam in the last 2 months. I think the last one I replied was no thanks, I'm already a millionaire and don't need any more money.
