Getting ripped off by RebatesHQ.com - What do I do?

RebatesHQ.com owes me $600 in rebates for a purchaes I made over 3 months ago.

They promised to send payment by mid April, but they never did. So since I sent a barrage of emails <about 10> , resubmitting all documents and they finally send me $300 instead of $600.

I sent another email demanding they send the other $300, but now, they no longer respond to me. I've sent 5 emails in the past two weeks, and they no longer choose to reply to any of my emails.

I never cussed at them, never insulted them or anything in my emails. I only described my frustration in dealing with 10 different CSR's every time I email them.

But now- they SIMPLY won't respond! What do I do to get my other $300??

Parago (aka RebatesHQ.com) is one of the better rebate fulfillment houses. Call them up, and they'll usually qualify denied claims over the phone without a formal resubmission. They have a lot of phone numbers (for the companies they partner with), but you should be able to find the appropriate one on the rebate claim form you submitted.
