How do you get rid of that stupid syncronization manager thing that runs on startup. I've tired unchecking sync my files in windows explorer but the darn thing keeps coming back. thanks

do it in registry, if you don't know where it is in registry then go to software startup group and you should see all the start up software . Look for the path

Go to Start, Programs, Accessories. There's a program called Synchronise. Click Setup, and remove all the items and checks next to "syncrhonise selected items on...." or "automatically synchronise items...."

i've done both the registry and through the control panel and the darn thing still comes up in the run folder of the registry when i reboot.
