How do you get rid of that stupid syncronization manager thing that runs on startup. I've tired unchecking sync my files in windows explorer but the darn thing keeps coming back. thanks

Is it listed under msconfig (Start->Run->msconfig->Startup)? If so uncheck it.

You can also look for it under the Startup group or \WINDOWS\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp

Any of that help?

Edit- Noticed the other thread you have on this. His problem is fixed.
