What's the easiest & safest way to get rid of dust ? I have some on the Video Card, Heatsink, and all over because I usually leave my side panel open.
 
i used a toothbrush to clean last time. its pretty safe, and can get in between all of those heatsink metal foils. also the can-of-air or something to actually blow away the loosend dust helps. thats just for heatsinks though. if you are talking about cleaning a system board though, I think only compressed air would be safe. Its too easy to scrape off a capacitor or something.
