So, being an android user since inception I have literally 1000s of apps on google play. I just got the sgs3 yesterday and I was in the process of installing only the ones I want or need and scrolling down a thousand times to get to the apps I want is a PITA. Is there a way, either on the phone or the web, that I can tell google app/play or whatever to totally remove any given app forever? As in when I get a new phone I dont want to see that app listed ever anymore? I picture in a few years that my app DB will be in the tens of thousands and I dont want to see an app I purchased 4 years ago that only worked on eclair.

It is a pain. I just checked google play on the web and in the last 3 years or so I downloaded 1458 apps, most which arent even around any more like better keyboard 8, but are still in the list. Google needs to:

1. Scrub out all non working/defunctional apps from their store
2. Allow users to permanently remove and or hid apps that we dont want to appear in the store either on our android devices or on their website.
