Getting rid of an AT&T Razr, Getting Verizon Krave

I tried a search on this, and didn't find anything. My wife and I are getting rid of the old Razr's and getting the new Krave, since we're switching providers and Verizon doesn't use a SIM card, can I use bluetooth to transfer the data?
Pictures, contacts, etc..

Just out of curiosity why didnt you get a new Razr?
I hear the VE20 is awesome, best ever of the series.

I liked the touch screen aspect of the Krave, it got good reviews on CNET (although most places it had mixed reviews). And honestly, I liked the look of it, pure aesthetics.
