Does anybody have a good way to get rid of a zit overnight? I have yearbook photos tomorrow and i am trying to make it not as noticble. Anybody have any solutions I can buy at CVS or make/use at home? Let me know...thanks!

carmex. just put it on now until the photo, and with luck you'll be able to get it to fall off. Don't they airbrush?

you mean the chapstick stuff? Put it directly on the zit?
I dont think they airbrush...my school is too cheap to do that.

yeah. then let the salicylic do its magic. It's a pretty crude way to do it, but if you're rushed...

Get some of those eye drops that "get the red out". I forget the brand. Right before your pictures, take a cotton ball and soak it with the eye drops. Apply to the zit for 3-5 minutes. It will make it less red, but the effect won't last long.

And, if your school has contracted a photography company to take the photos, they will airbrush if you ask them. Of course, you will have to pay extra.

many, if not most, of those photo places do basic retouching for that kind of stuff, so i wouldn't worry too much. and yeah, your mom probably has some green cover-up that helps to cancel out the redness and make it less noticeable.

go for the toothpaste the night before (toothPASTE not gel) or the Visine right before. good luck.

do i just leave it on overnight or what? and what kind? Is there a specific ingredient i should look for?

LOL, basically everyone's telling you to go clear out a drugstore and apply it to your face. Honestly, nothing's going to help it that fast...make sure it's clean and dry all day, use some medicated ointment on it and your best bet really is just makeup. Just ask a cute girl you know "will you put makeup on me?" and she'll have her concealer out in no time.

I didn't realize they had prom in preschool because that's how young and naive you'd have to be to think this was possible.

Wash it real good with hot water and a facial cleanser to remove as much oil as possible...then try the toothpaste trick. Whatever you do, don't squeeze it. That will just irritate the area and cause swelling. If you can, use hot compresses before you try the toothpaste trick. The heat will help draw the dirt to the surface and hopefully form a whitehead.

Wash it really good, dry, use a cleanser to get oil and dirt out of your pores, then a hot compress. If you feel really certain that you can get the head out, then you can try and pop it, but I wouldn't suggest it AT ALL. If tomrrow was another day, then go for it, but you could be red, inflamed, and just have a plain bad spot there. Use toothpaste, unless you have a Rx...
