Getting refund from UPS.

Anyone ever shipped Next Day Air with UPS and not had the package delivered on time? Did you get a refund?

I sold something on Ebay yesterday and the buyer wanted the item today. So he paid a lot extra and I shipped the package yesterday UPS Next Day Air with ?guarantee delivery? by 10:30am.

The package was not delivered and it said it had been rescheduled for Monday. I called UPS and it took some time for them to figure out why. Finally they told me that the package arrived past 10:30am at the local UPS location and it would have to be delivered until Monday.

I asked about a refund and they said that once its delivered I can call about getting a refund.

Yeah, I paid for expedited shipping on something from Musician's Friend a few years back. They told me the shipper had to go through the refund process, and I ended up getting the refund after contacting MF.
