Getting random reboots, some assistance needed

Having random reboots on my rig.

Asus M2NSLI
4200+ X2 w/ SI-128
Corsair DDR2 800 CAS4
Hitachi 160GB
Enermax Noisetaker 600W
eVGA 7900GT KO SC

Temperatures seem to be fine, idling at 38C. I'm getting random reboots even when my computer is idle. I ran mem test and the computer rebooted also on test 8. I'm trying to isolate the problem, but I can't tell if its really the RAM, some molex is loose, or some other component is failing on me. Any input is appreciated.

I didn't really get any error message. But I do suspect it may have something to dow with the RAM. It just that it rebooted on test 8 and last time it just stopped on test 8.
I'm just wondering are there any other potential problem that could be surfacing?

seeing as its one of the easiest components to replace..I would try a new stick of ram before doing anything more drastic like motherboard...unless you have an extra video card or your mobo has onboard(I don't think yours would). Or test your vid card in another comp.

But your problem is very reminiscent of bad ram

When I was putting together my last computer, I had a bad stick of ram that caused random lock-ups in memtest. Never reported an error. But it was definately the ram at fault.
