Getting PCBs prototyped

Anyone know anywhere that will do a small prototype run of metal-core PCBs?

Most of the small, hobbiest houses won't touch this sort of request. And they big boys tend to price their setup fees as if you're going to be buying 1000.

All I want to do is make a few LED strips.
 
I know a place in MA that will do it, but it will cost you alot since you do not want a bundle over 100 (i am talking 200 for each board)....
