OS X will read NTFS just fine. It WILL NOT write to NTFS however.

exFAT is supported by modern windows versions (vista and 7) out of the box and Snow Leopard and Lion as well. Both Windows and OS X will read/write to it, and it supports files larger than 4GB.

keep in mind that the person is not telling you what OS X version he is using. Maybe something like 10.5? who knows. so yeah tuxera NTFS is an example. But you do NOT need to format it again as it is already in NTFS (its the same thing), but may I suggest that you directly format it in exFAT? in my opinion its way better as every up-to-date OS should read it.

FAT32 probably is the only option.

You should be able to stream to the 360 with Connect360
