Getting old sucks

Had the progressive no-line bifocals for about a week. I could not drive with them - I'd glance to the right and focus on the windshield mounting and my reaction was to immediately steer away. I was going to get in to an accident doing that. Took them back and got reading glasses.

I have both distance and reading glasses and use them but can manage without them. One eye is far sighted, the other is near sighted.
