Wait, you passed up a steak as in, you ate salad INSTEAD of steak? What the hell is wrong with you?
Salad is a side dish, it is supposed to be served before your steak, so that you have something to munch on while you wait for your food. It is no substitute!

Did the salad at least have lots of bacon, cheese, sausage, chicken, and ham in it?

I find that the older I get the more diversified my tastes actually get. I'm also finding that I'm a lot more of a pain in the ass when it comes to good food, and tend to be extremely disappointed when I don't get a proper meal.

Now that I'm older and finally enjoy spicy foods, they don't always get along with my stomach so well. O CRUEL FATE!!!

yeah passed that years ago. cheap crappy food is just not worth it. Also we don't eat much junk food anymore. Though i do enjoy going and getting a big greasy fried cheeseburger every now and then (maybe once a month)

So you're saying you're becoming a meat-packrat in your old age too. Didn't know I had that to look forward too.

I'd like to know, too. It'd be nice to know how many steak-eating days I have left in me...

Don't feel bad waggy, I can't even eat steak anymore. My stomach rebels when I do and then everyone suffers.
