Getting NT Machine to print to XP Machine

Codegen

Banned
I know that this would usually be pretty damn simple. IF it weren't for the fact that this is an HP printer where the driver for NT can only be used on the local machine. (no inf file)

The printer in question is an HP Deskjet 695C (It works). Does anybody know how to get the NT machine to print to the XP machine with the HP Printer?

Make the Printer Network Share able and install the printer drivers on the NT computer.

How to make it Share able?

In WinXP go to the Control Panel, double click on Printers, right click on the printer icon, choose Shraing, and follow the screen instructions.

You have general problems with Sharing?

Log to this page it has a lot of links to instructions to Windows Network Settings, and Sharing.

Link to: Windows Network - Installing & Sharing.

I know how to do all of that.

The problem is is that the HP drivers will not allow me to connect to a network printer (and I don't see any options to change these settings once installed).

There is no INF to manually install the drivers from, either.

So when you go to the NT machine and type in \\computername\printername, what exactly happens?

It just tells me to select an INF file (which is useless to me because HP's sh!tty drivers are in an EXE).
I've tried decompressing the EXE and there is nothing useful in it.
