Getting new PC; PSU strong enough?

Hi there,

I'm ordering a new PC with the following components:

Asus P4P800SE i865PE
P4 2.8C Ghz
2x256 PC3200 RAM
WD 120GB HD w/ 8mb cache
Sapphire Radeon 9600 128mb
LG 52x32x32/16x Combo drive
Enermax 3051L-S3A case w/ generic P4 350W PSU

My question is simply, is the PSU sufficient? I also have a 52x CD-Rom laying around I want to add, and at some point, perhaps a 2nd HD. Depending on heat, might have to add 1 or 2 fans as well. Keep in mind that I'm not too concerned with overclocking. The reason I ask is, at the shop I put this PC together at, they have some really powerful PSU's and I was wondering "hmm would I need that?" :)

Also, as an aside: does anyone have any experience with this case? It's the best value/look I could find, and fit my budget. How's airflow? Easy to add fans if needed, etc?

Thanks in advance!

350W will be more than enough...unless it's junk. I'll check the case right now and get back to you.

Edit:

Case looks surprisingly good. I find the front panel to be hideous in appearance, but it looks like great air circulation especially for the drives with what looks like a space for a 120mm intake and 2 80mm exhaust. Also appears to have a side vent with possible fan mounting for fresh air directly to the CPU as well as a blow hole or top vent. Hard to tell, but fitting a large HSF (Zalman) may be trouble.
