Getting my ram to 100%

Hi while I am playing games it starts to lag. I was wondering if I could delete my useless junk and get my ram and my whole computer concentrated directly to once program. How could you do that?

Only by buying more ram, and closing useless programs.

Can't get 100%, one thing you can do is move to an older OS so that it uses less memory. Windows 2000 less memory than XP especially if you don't install the service packs. But in order to achieve compatibility with drives larger than 138GB you need SP3. Make sure there are as few unnecessary processes running in the background as possible.
