Any advice? I've fought this thing for a long time now.
I have decided both Creative and VIA are not the greatest but I have some strange problems that I think are because of the via board when i have the audigy disabled.
Disabling the audigy stops the 10-15 min reboot period but still the computer acts strange like when it is left idle for a long time it shows my xp background but doesnt let me back to the desktop, forcing me to reboot.
My next computer I build is going to be intel/intel/intel/intel. This one works nice without the audigy but still isnt great.
of course latest creative drivers, latest 4in1s, PIC instead of APIC
