Anyway...being in Ohio, I am not sure what flys, nor even if your JD is in a relevent research to divorce law.

However, in Florida, almost any pre-nup like what you have suggested doesn't fly.

The whole education thing boogles me, because despite having a possible 10 year college education and now a grad over a spouse still in, also brings a lot of debt and liabilities.

Being a lawyer? this sounds like just a commercial for services many in that situation will not need.
