Getting LED for my PCI IDE Controller

I have 2 Promise Ultra133TX2 connected to 4 IDE hardrives. I wanted to get a LED light that I can connect to the card so I can see my hardiks activity led. A while ago I found a site that sell LED light, complete with cable and connector build in and ready to connect to the IDE controller. The problem is I cannot find that site again. Do you guys by any chance know where can I get this fully setup led for a resonable price ??
