Hey everyone.

As I am a slightly overweight male I was thinlking of getting some additional help in burning off fat.

Does any of you know if a combination of Clenbuterol and Cytomel works, as described here

Any help is greately appreciated.

Stop eating so much.

Start exercising.

General speaking ... intake less calories per day than you exert in that same day and you WILL LOSE WEIGHT.

if you are already dedicated to an exercise and healthy eating program then your results can be maximized by taking pills.. you can lose up to 2% more body fat per month.

I'd recommend that you just stick with exercise and healthy eating until you hit a plateau before you go spending money on pills.

ok, obviously exercising and dieting is ok, but it only helps to a certain degree...

on, the other hand this can speed up things some...

smoke cigarettes
drink lots of strong coffee / diet soda
meth/coke/crack

that is of course, if you would rather douse your body in chemicals than excercise and observe a healthy diet

well, I was more or less wondering if anyone knows whether this Clenbuterol works or not.

I am aware of the need for healthy dieting, etc.
