Witch one would be least painful. Getting kicked in the lower region or hit with a hammer on the finger.

I know this is a random question, but recently experiencing both of these has leaded me to ask the question. I preferred the hammer, call me crazy?
 
i've gotten my finger crushed by a shopping cart, but that pales in comparison to a basketball to the nuts, bring on the hammer
 
Getting kicked the pain goes away after a few minutes. Smashing your finger with a hammer will hurt like hell for days, you could break your finger, the nail will be nice and black for weeks, etc.

I'll take the groin shot.

Yep, I agree... My wifed kicked me in the nuts once, and it only took an hour or so to recover. Hitting your finger with a hammer takes a LONG time to heal especially if there is nail damage.

hmm. trying to think of something more painful. how about pissing out kidney stones? my buddy Matt said the pain was so unbearable that he passed out.
 
Lower region. People will say finger because it's cool to act like getting kicked in the groin hurts more than having a knuckle smashed into bits by a hammer... probably because in movies when guys get kicked in the balls they fall down and writhe.
But a shoe is pretty big, and is kicking your testicles into flesh. Yeah it hurts but it's a dull pain that goes away quickly.

Having also experienced both of the options, I would choose the kick to the groin.
It may be a more intense pain, but its not as sharp of a pain, and after a few minutes it subsides to a tolerable level. A smashed finger can have a sharp pain that lasts for days.

it really depends on who is swinging the hammer and who is doing the kicking... i play guitar alot more than i have sex or masturbate, so I might take the groin shot..
