getting ip banned messages...

I'm fairly certain I haven't done anything to warrant having my ip banned yet I just saw that message when logging in over wifi...

I first noticed this when accessing the forums from the LTE tower near my office.. And suspected someone using that tower on Verizon must have previously caused trouble... But now I see my home IP has been banned What gives?

Dunno since we don't know which address is your home. If you'd make a thread in Moderator Discussions we can get the particulars and hopefully clear it all up.

I was getting the same thing randomly from work. Refreshing the page would usually let you right in. I sent an email to the admin about it using the actual "if you believe this to be in error" link but never heard back. The problem went away for days and came back at least once. I, too, was using my cellphone. I think I did use AT&T public WiFi though I may be remembering wrong.

I got this again on AT&T public WiFi. Search didn't work, but everything else did. Search usually works from here. I searched again a few minutes later and it worked.
