Getting into BIOS on 8K7A

I can't remember, it's been too long. The screen flashes by before the monitor even shows anything. The monitor is warm so it must be some sort of lag. I tried Delete, F1 and Tab. I thought it was Delete?

I just started tapping keys and got in.
Darn manual gives info on what to do once in it, but not how to get in it.
