TLDW:
Select the XMP profile.
Raise the two RAM voltages (VDD and VDDQ) slightly (from 1.25V to 1.30V for example) to increase stability.
Find an option related to the syncing of PMIC voltages. Choose to not sync the voltages.
It will take much longer to train the memory than it usually does for two sticks so be patient.
If you don't follow this procedure, the four sticks will boot at 3600 MT/s and basically useless for most purposes.
Also, if sometimes the system fails to train the RAM from a cold boot, shut it down, take out the RAM sticks, let them sit for a few minutes and try inserting them again and it should work. Actually had to do the same thing when I had four sticks of 8GB DDR2 (4x2GB) not booting on my Core 2 Quad PC.
Maybe this same trick will also work on AMD but honestly no idea.
