Getting extra UT textures working

Is it me or are these textures not all that good. They look pretty good in some places but in other they look like crap. Is anyone having the same problem. Newest drivers, bios, 4 in 1, etc.

Example: Deck 16 = Poop
Example: Codex = Awesome

Not all textures in the game are updated with the high detail ones - only some.
