News last week at work is 4.8% annual salary for a goal sharing productivity bonus.
News last night in recognition of our business financial recovery this year ( 2010 Sales topped 43.7 billion largest 1 year sales ever ) and in celebration of the companies 125 year anniversary all employees are going to receive and additional bonus. The exact amount is yet to be disclosed, but it will be based on salary and years of service. Total payout for the additional bonus is ~ 180 million euros.
