It's going to my hotmail while my gmail has been junk-free. Hotmail had been doing pretty good with filtering until this "group" decided to spam me. I can't really filter it well because they are using random email addresses that don't have a pattern. Their FROM name sometimes starts with - or ` or ~ then followed by product-related words (real words that may also be valid). How I know it's the same group is because the body of the message has a 1st line that is always centered, underlined, and in color. Would be related to home mortgage, warranty repair, smoke healthier, etc.
I can't seem to get the filter to work on those special characters at the beginning.
Anyone else getting these? I have to keep using hotmail since I've been using this address for over a decade and it's registered on many sites I use. Besides, if I go to all gmail, I'm afraid of just getting spammed there when it's perfectly clean for personal email.
I've used a personal domain before and checking mail on there is not practical.
