Getting East Asian language support for XP without CD

I'm in Korea right now, and separated from my XP CD by about 12000 miles. I really need to install East Asian language compatibility package. I've tried, but Windows always asks for the XP CD which I am unable to provide. However, the dialog says that it might also be downloaded from a server or another disk- is there a server somewhere with this data on it? Is there anywhere to download the data I need for the language pack? I will ask around but I don't think I will be able to get an XP CD.
