I picked up a computer used from a gaming place. It came with windows 2000. I upgraded to XP, but realized the voodoo3 that came with it was not supported. It didnt come with a windows 2k install disk, so I decided to isntall 98SE. Well, my sound card and ethernet card won't work. They both need drivers, but I dont have them. I can download them on another computer, but I dont know what they are!]

under XP it says somthing about the ethernet card being a macronix driver. If I can get drivers for it, then i get get my sound card working (soundblaster).
Any ideas?

Voodoo 3's work fine in XP. You can get drivers here

As far as your nic and sound, pull them out and read the chip, pcb, and decal marking. Hit google.com to find the drivers for the nic, and soundblaster.com for the sound. Goodluck!
