Getting Doubles in Itunes when adding from another folder

when i add audio from limewire into my itunes i get doubles, is there a way i can prevent this so that anytime new music is added to my computer it can be added to my itunes?
 
I don't know if you can set up watched folders in iTunes. However, in order to deal with doubled songs, just go View -> Show Duplicates
