Getting Dimm or System Board failure Beep Code

I have a Lenovo t30 which freezes. Sometimes, it gives the following beep code:

One Long, 3 Short, 3 Short, One Long (1-3-3-1)

I looked it up on IBM's/Lenovo's website and the website said the two likely candidates are

1. DIMM
2. System Board

Anyone know how i can test these, or know what they are?

If you have >1 stick RAM, alternate them, swap them around, take one out then the other etc.
If you have 1 stick RAM, try new RAM. If not that, then system board.
